How can Kinesiology help?

The benefit of kinesiology is its ability to use muscle testing to identify the stressors that might be impacting the delicate balance of our hormones.

Muscle testing does not offer a diagnosis or a treatment  but rather an assessment of imbalance’s and stressors in the energy systems related to glands, hormone’s, and their pathways.

Techniques from the toolkit.

Some practitioners are armed with tools that help to support these pathways which may lead to an improvement in hormonal imbalance. These techniques may include acupressure and meridian therapy, structural balancing, brain integration techniques.

Addresses Nutritional Deficiencies

Nutritional deficiencies can impact hormone production, which can then lead to hormonal imbalances. Kinesiology techniques can bring awareness to potential nutritional deficiencies that may be contributing to hormonal imbalances. The muscle testing allowing practitioners to bring to the clients awareness certain foods that would be of benefit to the individual’s needs.

May Identify Toxin Exposure and Support Detoxification.

Toxins can affect hormone levels, particularly the endocrine system that regulates hormones. As a kinesiologist who has taken the ECO units of our Diploma, I have ways to identify toxins and immune issues that may be affecting the body. This also allows me to suggest ways for a client to reduce exposure, such as dietary changes, supplements, or lifestyle changes. It also gives me access to a number of techniques that support detoxification.

Helps Manage Stress

Stress can cause hormonal imbalances, particularly the stress hormone cortisol. Kinesiology can identify the source of stress and suggest ways to manage it, such as meditation, relaxation techniques, or exercise routines that promote stress reduction.
